Our Environment- it’s different here

We have a laid back environment where you’ll find the team in jeans on most days. In general we treat our employees like grown-ups which includes trusting everyone to dress appropriately for their day and what they have going on. Make no mistake, you’ll work hard here, but you’ll do it in a fun, collaborative environment with a lot of other smart people on your team.

One of the things that defines our environment is Friday lunch. Every Friday we have a home cooked meal in our Rogers, AR office. While the free food is a nice perk (when is free food ever a bad thing?), it’s really about much more than that. Friday lunch is a great opportunity to slow down for an hour and connect in an informal way with co-workers. While there’s no agenda or script, often times a group of employees gather and brainstorm new ideas and potential solutions for our clients. Friday lunch good- office barista even better! Seriously, our office also includes a full service Silver Joe’s coffee bar complete with our barista Alec who will whip you up a latte, cappuccino, or a premium cup of Joe’s. Not bad!

Benefits

While the coffee bar is great, we agree that it’s probably a bit of a stretch to consider coffee a benefit - even with a barista. We take the benefits at Rockfish seriously. We are proud to pay 50% of the premium for our health and dental insurance- for our employees AND their families. We just think that’s the right thing to do. We offer short-term disability, and life insurance, as well as flexible spending accounts for medical and child care expenses to our employees. You can also elect to pick up a vision plan or supplemental policies such as Cancer or accident coverage if interested. Rockfish offers a 401K plan complete with company match. Last, but certainly not least, after 6 months at Rockfish, we reimburse employees for the cost of a smart phone of their choice. This is all our way of saying thanks for being part of our success.
